Once bug 482825 is fixed, we'll no longer need the reportSelection.label localized string, but strings are frozen for the 1.0 release, so we can't remove it in conjunction with that bug.  We should do so after we unfreeze strings post 1.0.
We'll also need to remove reportSelection.title.
Summary: remove reportSelection.label from localizations → remove reportSelection.label and reportSelection.title from localizations
