482851 - Website: Add drop-down box to "create your own" page

In line with new flow (due to licensing options), a drop-down box should be added to the "create your own" page. 

The Field should be titled "I'm creating a Persona to..."

The Options in the drop-down should be:

    * have some fun
    * build a brand
    * support a non-profit cause 
    * other

Two notes: 
1) If a user selects the "retain all rights" license, this field should be mandatory; if he/she selects the "Creative commons license" it should be optional

2) If possible, a user that selects "other" should be able to fill in language to describe the use
