steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://spreadfirefox.authstage.mozilla.com
2.register as a new user
3.After logging in,do a mouse hover on "Create Content".Notice that there is no link to "Project"

expected result:
Basic user types are also allowed to create Projects

actual result:
No link available for user to create new projects

OK paul and krupa 
@krupa when your reporting a bug on the menu you need to include what "Role" you have

admin user = krupa
developer
editor
vanguard = paul

all Roles will have different menus

@ krupa I will change the menu then ask you to test it as I am a vanguard

OK I removed some of it from the admin menu

@ Mary same as we have now on sfx authenticated user Access control create project content edit project content

we need 2 all accounts 
before I would mark it as fixed

as a newly registered, normal user on stage, I have "Project" under the "Create Content" menu

I have verified the fix for  regular user and admin accounts. I still need to verify it for developer,editor and vanguard accounts.

I will mark it verified once I complete that.
