483003 - Download button on release notes page doesn't offer localized builds

The download button on the release notes page always links to the en-US builds. That's why users with another locale as en-US have to click through the all-beta web page to find a build in their locale.

I think it would be really helpful if users could download their localized build with only one click instead of having to search for their locale and OS on the all-beta page first.

For beta releases we normally do not have localized versions of the release notes. Pascal, please correct me if I'm wrong (outside of Mozilla Europe).

it can be done, but I won't have time to work on that for a while so if this is needed in the days to come, maybe Steven or Wil can work on it?
