483091 - I can no longer use Firefox. When I try to print using my Canon MP620 Firefox crashes. I reported this via the crash dialogue a while ago.

I click 'Print' - 50% of the time Firefox crashes.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to print from browser.
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Around 50% of the time Firefox crashes.

Expected Results:  
I no longer expect Firefox to function. I'm migrating back to Safari which is a shame.

This is in 99% a dupe of bug 460963 which is a bug in the canon printer driver.
Please provide a crash id following this instructions:
http://developer.mozilla.org/En/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report
and we can be sure that this is the same issue.

It's the same crash, the canon printer driver crashes. You can try to download the latest driver from the canon homepage, it seems that it fixed the crashign printer driver for some people.

The printing output somehow causes the canon printer driver to crash.
If we wold know why this driver cryshes we could add a workaround but we don't know it.
You can only try to complain at canon or use Safari which doesn't seem to crash the driver.
