This might spill out into 1.1. I'll know tomorrow.

We'll probably have to change the template for the mod a little bit as {tr} blocks within a complicated title tag are giving us the trouble.

This was actually a bit of a pain, but it's taken care of in r23376/r23377.

I wish we could translate all strings in one layer (either all in tiki or all in smarty), but we don't and that was the part of the problem.

In any case, this is fixed.
