Visit a crash via the about:crashes interface in Firefox for all ids the following error is shown. Waldo on irc confirmed that he gets the same results.

We created some partitions for future use earlier today.  These partitions didn't have the right perms on them and hence the problems.  Thanks to Trevor for catching this.

I have been trying to follow the instructions here: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes+when+you+open+it 

I think I am currently seeing the same behaviour as that discussed above. For example when accessing:

http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/bp-a54273ff-a430-46bc-b527-42d242090702

I get a message saying:

'Unable to Complete Request
You can go to the home page or try again.'

Is something broken at the moment, or is the documentation linked above out of date?

The bp- is causing your problem. It would be a separate issue.
