Since I've install Firefox 3.1b3, My PC is hanged : FF3.1 require aabout a full CPU Core to run.

FF takes about 45 second to start.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start FF3.1b3
2. wait, and wait
3. check CPU usage
I've check my firefox profile directory.

FF3.1b3 generate a lot of file places.sqlite-80.corrupt ...

I'm gona create an new profile and check if is still cause CPU burnout.
I've backup my mozilla directory in my local settings.

restart FF3. A new empty profile has been create and my CPU usage seems to be correct.

So What wrong.

Previously I was using FF3.1b1. So some thing could cause trouble when we upgrade from FF3.1b1 to FF3.1b3

not enough info to debug anything, sounds like db corruption.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
