Form Elements get disabled look when window looses focus; they should render just as 'no focus' like safari does

Check the ComboBox Elements. If Firefox looses focus, they render as they were disabled.

Safari does a better job and renders the controls just without focus.
(so same look - but no blue right part)

This probably is only specific for mac os, and maybe rather easy to fix.

It's just one of those details where something "just doesn't feel right"...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page with a ComboBox Element, like google preferences.
2. Select another window to make firefox loose his focus and watch the redraw
This is already fixed in Firefox 3.2 nightlies which you can get here:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/

It will be fixed for Firefox 3.1 when the patch in bug 399030 gets approval1.9.1.
