Tim: Please see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Commit_Policy:Current_Procedures#SVN_.28svn.mozilla.org.29 for the vouchers needed to get access to these areas.
/addons needs a vouch from morgamic or clouserw
projects/mozilla.com/trunk/uk requires One (1) voucher from a current module owner/peer
