Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ie.html
2.Notice the links-"Release Notes" and "Other Systems and Languages"
expected results:
Links are legible
Text has enough contrast from the background so that text is clear.
actual result:
Links look hazy(see screenshot)

This looks like a transient bug.I have been unable to reproduce this behavior.Marking it resolved for now.Will reopen if it reoccurs.
