Thunderbird: 3.0b2

Steps:  

  open message with attachment (4.5MB .wmv in this case)
  [downloads from server]
  close message
  open same message

Expected:

  use cached local attachment

Actual:

  downloads from server again 

I checked the network traffic and it's definitely going to the server again.
Same as bug 399200, which resolved as duplicate of bug 235942, which in turn
resolved as duplicate of bug 345832.
