The Mode Toolbar provides a mouse-based mechanism to switch between normal Thunderbird message display and Lightning calendar display.  There does not seem to be any way to do this with the keyboard.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Install the Lightning plug-in and verify that it works
2.  Display the Mode Toolbar (default position lower left)
3.  You can click on the buttons to switch modes, but there do not appear to be any hot keys

In Lightning 0.9 use the shortcuts Ctrl+3 or Ctrl+4 or the entries in menu Go.
