Both lists look very different. For default (20 per page) I'm getting bug 483364. For 5 & 10 I just get the beginning of 50.
If you're wondering how I got past default to the others, it worked at first. I think this will sort itself out (and looks like it already has). The ratings are recalculated via cron and since we just added them the values weren't seeded so they came back in a strange order (compounded by query caching, etc.). This looks fixed to me now. Let me know if you see more strangeness. Thanks.
