all junk mail controls are set to off. Software still blocks almost everything from coming in

Have set all junk mail settings to OFF in accounts and options. 90% of mail is still stopped from coming in, with no explanation. Leaves mail on server and does not bring it in. Even the response to my creating an account HERE! was not allowed to come in. Help Please? Thank you

Yes, this is really a support issue.
