Project import at work
We have long had the ability to import an archive (zip/tgz) from a given public URL, but what about throwing up a file from your local hard drive?
The following bug is about adding this ability to the Dashboard UI:

This bug is about the functionality and having a command kick it off.

Changeset 39fa6ead7a96 has the fix which enables a smarter import command which now lets you say: "import projectname" and a popup comes up to let you add the archive.
Still need to add dashboard UI to kick this off too.
