After switching to private browsing, the first https page I try to go to (via bookmark or directly typing an url) does not load. I see a flicker or the loading icon for a short time in the tab and after that nothing happens and I am still in de private browsing page (the one that says that I have entered private browsing mode). Sometimes I have to click a bookmark pointing to an https page from my toolbar 3 times before it actually loads the website.
I can reproduce this with all https url's.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. switch to private browsing
2. go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
-> result: site is not loaded
3. again go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
-> sometimes it loads, most of the time it doesn't
4. again go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
-> most of the times it loads, sometimes doesn't
5. after a few tries it works.
Actual Results:
https page loads after a few tries.

Expected Results:
https page should load the first time.

I tried this with a few https sites but it looks like it doesn't matter which one I try. When I manage to load any https site after switching, all other https sites load first time.
Seems like a dupe of bug 463256.
