in building with --enable-tests for wince, I have found an error in xpcom/tests when building testArguments.cpp. If I comment that line out in xpcom/tests/Makefile.in, I can successfully build the xpcom/tests directory. We need to assess whether we want to modify this test or conditionally compile it based on OS type.
