Steps:
Launch browser 
From Sidebar, select Tabs|Customize Sidebar
Under the pane titled' My Sidebar', select Stocks and click on 'Customize Panel'
Sign in and observe that when the customization window opens up, the focus 
initially is on the My Portfolio row but then it shifts to the next row within 
seconds.

Expected: MFocus should remain on My Portfolio
Triaging Clayton's bug list.  Re-assigning to heikki.  Heikki, I think we should
