Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://sm-weave-proxy01.services.mozilla.com/upload
2.Create a new account with username=68 characters.
3.After sign up,the TOS page loads.
4.Check the relevant agreements and click "continue"

expected result:
-Create your own-step 2 page loads.
-Username has a character limit and sign up fails with usernames which exceed that limit.

actual result: 
-User is booted back to the login/sign up page.
-On trying to login with the credentials provided in step#2,user message-"Username Invalid username or password. Please try again

there's now an error message which will reject requested usernames longer than 32 characters.
