Description

STR:

1. Click on the star icon to create a bookmark
2. Edit the title to be "foo"
3. Look at the bookmark that was created

Expected:
1. Title would be "foo"

Actual:
1. Title is whatever the default bookmark title for that page is

Also effected:
 - all new Bookmarks and Bookmark Folders created through context menu or menuItem actions take the default name ("New Bookmark" or "New Folder")
 - unable to edit by selecting "Properties"
 - unable to edit by editing in the Library inspector fields

Seems fixed with Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4pre) Gecko/20090318 - way to go, whomever!

Per comment 3, this is also fixed1.9.1 (or at least, since it's WFM, it shouldn't really be appearing on the outstanding-blockers count).

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
