Details

Currently I get about a 30 ms improvement on Sunspider, which is pretty substantial and usually takes a lot of work to get. Is there any reason to stay with -Os?
Last time I checked, we should be using -O3 for jsinterp.cpp and -Os for everything else, which was what sayrer found to be best. Perhaps that has changed with TM?
