484302 - Website:misleading user message while administering personas

Description

Pre-condition: there are at least 3 personas in the queue for approval.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Login as an admin to approve the personas.
2.Click on the first persona in the queue
3.Click "accept"
4.Notice the user message

expected result:
user message says-"you have succesfuuly approved this persona.Approve the rest" OR the list of remaining personas loads.

actual result:
"There no pending personas"-user message is shown

This was me being sneaky... and failing.

Notice that you can filter your approval queue by the sections on the left. However, in making that happen, I accidentally preserved the category of the persona when you go to accept it. Which meant if it was the last of the category you'd be dumped into that category... with no more personas.

Should be fixed now.
