Currently the tabs dropdown button looks all shiny and weird. I propose we use -moz-apperance: toolbarbutton; to achieve similar behavior that we get on Firefox.

removes a bunch of cruft we no longer need and sets "-moz-appearance" "toolbarbutton"

a bit of regression that the lower part of the button seems to overlap with the tabs line, but I think a bit of work on native tab appearance might help.

here is an updated patch for this bug. The only problem I'm seeing right now is in the tab-arrow-end-bkgnd-* images and I'll put up a screenshot to describe more.
