As mandated by the FHS, packages must not place any files in /usr/local, either by putting them in the file system archive to be unpacked by dpkg or by manipulating them in their maintainer scripts.

/usr/local/fennec/components/geolocationPrompt.js

We should use /usr/lib instead of /usr/local and /usr/local/lib for our program directories.  This looks feasible on the n810, although we need to make sure to not conflict with microb files.
Hardware: x86 → ARM
bug 520928 will move us to /opt

I'm going to mark this as a dupe since bug 520928 has a specific fix
