The German version of Shiretoko 3.5b4pre dated March 20, 1009 issues the error
"Error launching browser window:no XBL binding for browser"
A clean install does not solve the problem. This error does not occur with the US version using the same profile and plugins.
Reproducible: Always

I guess we should not produce nightlies for incompletely translated locales...
That issue exists since bug 482450 was fixed on the branch and is simply due to a few strings missing (not having been translated). You'll have to use the US-English nightly builds if you want to remain on the bleeding edge.

When the fx31x (not yet renamed) tree on http://l10n.mozilla.org/dashboard/?locale=de is not green, errors are expected as that simply means that there are missing strings and the localizers haven't come around to fix them yet.
Bugs for errors on builds where dashboard is red are INVALID as the problems are known and dashboard is the main tracker for localization completeness (something that might be good to add in the description displayed when filing bugs, I guess).
We are working on tooling to make "merged" locale builds so they don't completely break with missing strings, but this is still in the future.
