Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://sm-weave-proxy01.services.mozilla.com/forgot_password
2.Enter your username and click continue
3.Check your inbox.
4.Click on the link provided in the email.
5.Enter a 5(or <6) character password and confirm the same.
6.Click Reset
7.Click on the login link in the "Reset success" page
8.Try to login with your new 5 character password

expected password:
Password is at least 6 character long

actual password:
-Passwords <6 characters are accepted during reset password.
-User is able to log in with her new password.
