Seen while running Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4pre) Gecko/20090325 Shiretoko/3.5b4pre

STR:
1. Visit http://search.creativecommons.org/#
2. Select the Flickr tab
2. Type some search terms in the Flickr search box.
3. Press the back button

Expected: I would go back a page
Actual: I have to press the back button 3-4 times before it will go back.

I checked, and this works fine in Safari on the Mac. I see this bug also on Windows Vista, and using the Chrome browser I am able to go back with no problem, which in Firefox I see the same issue as on the mac.

Offhand, this looks like the right behavior to me.  The site keeps doing loads in subframes, no?

If there's reason to think this is not the right behavior, I'd really appreciate a testcase that makes that clear.

On the latest Nightly build (buildID: 20130731030203) after hitting back once, it goes back, no need to hit back 3-4 times so this is no longer reproducible.
