485320 - Resolve differences in Tell A Friend module

For bug 478933, we had to modify tellafriend.module, which makes our version different from the official release.

There is a bug on file with the maintainer, http://drupal.org/node/361959#comment-1349174

This bug should serve to monitor progress on that patch going through.  If it never does, we'll have to figure out something ourselves.

The patch for D5 and a further patch for D6 are still waiting to go through

The module is no longer under active development but at least we have working versions for D5 / D6. 

I have contacted the maintaer again and offered my services as a co-maintiner . Hopefully he will accept this offer and we can then move forward.

Some ideas for improving the Tell A Friend form were mentioned last week during a meeting.  CC'ing Alix and Laura as I think they were part of that convo.
