Every other page won't load. This includes gmail, bugzilla (have to use proxy), some proxys etc. everything loads in IE and firefox 3 (using minefield and 3.1)

Reproducible: Always

1.go to the website

Actual Results:  
Page load error

Page loading

as non native speaker i have to ask : http://mozilla.org loads but https://bugzilla.mozilla.org doesn't load ?

Did you enter a proxy for http AND SSL ?

Yeah. Gmail secure doesn't load while it does in proxy and IE. The firefox download page and ftp trunk both load but not the mozilla trunk (it does in 
IE and proxy).

i can't find a non-https site to not show up, so for now its all https sites not showing up.

and you are sure that you entered your proxy in the Firefox proxy setup in the SSL field and not only in the http field ?

The proxy was web based, w-tunnel.com. i can try it that way too

Let me explain: without doing anything, normal startup i go to gmail or this site it won't load. i go to IE or 3.0.X it loads. i have to use a proxy to get to this site to write this in (or use IE).

I'm sorry, i misunderstood comment #0 !
You are using only a http based web proxy service to workaround your issue...
Something is different on your system because this works for everyone else.
Please follow this steps that should help to identify the issue.

Do you use a Firewall on your system and which product ?
Which Antivirus product are you using ?

Did you already tried the Firefox safemode ?

I just messed with my internet settings and it's fixed now. you can delete this bug
