485422 - Personas confirmation upload email copy change

There are a few changes needed to the copy in the automated email:

The current personas email a user gets when they upload a persona states that "You can check it out now in the Personas directory."

This is incorrect, since it depends on manual approval, which will often be after the user receives this email. 

Should read: "Your persona will be available soon in the Personas gallery." [should link to the personas gallery, http://www.getpersonas.com/store/gallery/All/Popular]

Note that the subject line should also be modified to: "Thanks for submitting your Firefox persona!"

Finally, should link personas message boards to: https://labs.mozilla.com/forum/?CategoryID=18

I'm confused. To my knowledge, there isn't an email that goes out when you upload a persona. It's sent out when the persona is approved.

Just tried again and you are right -- get it after approval (I approved to test shortly after I submitted the last one).

We should still add the links above (even if it's text only) and make the subject line change to the following:

"Thanks for submitting your Firefox persona"
