Sites not loaded from cache.
Besides, if i restart, ff refreshes the sites without my permission.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a crapload of tabs with different sites! >30
2.wait untill loaded
3.quit firefox
4.pull network cable or/and disable wifi con
5.restart ff
Actual Results:  
some site wont show

Expected Results:  
all sites are shown

Were the pages that didn't load all secured (https)? If so, this is by design to protect your privacy. As for the rest, this is basically bug 387598.
