Steps to reproduce: 1.Select any existing article. 2.Click "translate this page" 3.Select any language from the drop-down list like hindi 4.In the article name-enter <FORM> <INPUT TYPE="text" VALUE= "dont change" NAME = "leavebutton" onChange= "alert('Please dont change this')"> </FORM> 5.Click "create translation" 6.In the edit page,enter description and summary. 7.Click "Partial submission" observed behavior: 404 error URL not encoded. screencast: http://screencast.com/t/oerHZvLpqmd

To clarify, the expected behavior should be a tiki Page not found error... So http://support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/blablabla leads to the right thing, as opposed to the link provided by Krupa.
