After Install Mercury Quality Center Plug in error "Could not Create the Control {00000-00000-00000-0000000}. Check that it has been installed on your computer and that this page correctly references it."

Lot of pop ups showing the same error, we have the option to press OK and the page is being loaded with success. But this is happening with lot of pages, I think all pages that uses ActiveX.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Plug in npmozax.dll
2. Open Pages with direct X.  example www.bb.com.br
3. You will get the error at least 6 times.
Actual Results:  
Error "Could not Create the Control {00000-00000-00000-0000000}. Check that it has been installed on your computer and that this page correctly references it.

Expected Results:  
No Error

This is occurring after install the Plug in for mercury Quality center npmozax.dll that is required to use Mercury Quality Center, important to inform that I need access to Mercury to perform my Job.
