Steps to reproduce: 1.Go to http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How+to+contribute#Stay_Connected 2.Click on "Stay in contact" expected result: User navigates to "Stay in contact" page/section. actual result: Nothing happens. reproducible in stage and prod screencast:http://screencast.com/t/EHTgicXqvG

It might have been the capitalization of the anchor, but I've fixed it to use tikiwiki syntax. - __[#Stay_Connected|Stay in contact]__ + __((|#Stay connected|Stay in contact))__
