Attachment: patch against nightly to fix the issue

With the solid lines around the 3 panes in #483761, we get a double line going on at the bottom in most distros default themes (Clearlooks, Human, Nodoka and Gilouche).
Apps like Banshee, Evolution, Tomboy and others that sports sidebars do this as well.

I'm was a separator between all the statusbarpanel elements with this patch, not sure why that is.  If I could get my TB building normally again I'd include a screenshot of what was seeing.
