When creating a bug from a test case, the summary is pre-filled with information from the test case.
The "expected outcome" information isn't formatted the same way as the "steps to reproduce".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a test case and enter Actions and Results
2. View the test case and select the Bugs tab.
3. Click the new bug button.
Actual Results:  
The "EXPECTED OUTCOME" section of the comment is on a single line.

Expected Results:  
The "EXPECTED OUTCOME" section should be formatted the same as the "STEPS TO REPRODUCE" section of the comment.
