Details
Instead of doing pushes to backend code every time we want to update SHOWFOR tags, there should be an admin panel, where we can set:
* Labels displayed under "Show content customized for"
* Markup tags for each version/OS
* aliases, like what we're doing with 3.1
and of course, the ability to add new versions/OSes.

Eric, do you want to take this or should I? I may need some basic instructions to get me started, but I think it can just start with an admin page that sets preferences and make the template inject those values in the script.

Also, I was wondering, will we be rewriting showfor? (I know there was talk about it) In that case, is this bug worth the effort?

Another setting for the admin panel would be setting what the default version and OS are. (or at least the default version)

This won't be possible.
