User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.8) Gecko/2009033100 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Firefox/3.0.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.8) Gecko/2009033100 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Firefox/3.0.8 I'm running Jaunty Beta on a Dell Mini9 and trying to use Google Maps Street View. Black displays where the street view should appear. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Search for a location on Google Maps 2. After the location is found, switch to street view by dragging the person on top of the map view Actual Results: Map portion of screen turns black Expected Results: I expected to see the street view of the map Might be related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox-3.0/+bug/307821
Just a note, I'm running into the same issue running Firefox 3.0.13 and Ubuntu 9.04. The map view field shows up as being black following the same steps as above. Google Maps appears to work in Opera with no problems.
