Details

A stub installer is needed (CCK.EXE) for users to download and get cck.xpi bits for installation.

The CCK.exe already exists, netcenter needs to get the file from us and post it to the external ftp site for download, replacing cckinstaller.zip.

We decided not to have a stub installer for installing CCK. We will stick with the "blob" self-extracting executable since end user does not really have different packages to download.
