Details
Setup an escalation process by which complex add-ons can be escalated immediately to more skilled editors. * Possible scenarios for escalation: o Binary component o Complex source code o Security concerns * Editors can escalate to Senior Editors. Senior Editors escalate to specified Mozilla employees * Setup categories of specialties that can dictate which specific person(s) would be ideal to handle a specific escalation request * Have a default escalation bucket in case a specific candidate is not available. * Consider how to promote an editor to Senior Editor status

I don't think this is a good idea. Senior and Admin Editors are very few, and we're trying to delegate the responsibility to regular editors as much as possible. Plus, complicated add-ons bubble up to the top of the queue anyway. -> wontfix
