Created attachment 370946 [details] Saved page from ecstuning.com 1. Go to www.ecstuning.com. 2. Select Volkswagen/Passat/B5/1.8T 3. Type "oil pump" without quotes into a search field on the page and press enter. 4. Search results will be returned. Press "/" and try searching for a word "pick" (a word that does not exist) 5. Firefox will hang with CPU at 50%. I tried reproducing this on Windows 2000/Firefox 3.0.8 (old profile) and Windows XP/Firefox 3.0.9pre (new profile) and WindowsXP/Firefox 3.5b4pre (new profile). If I leave the firefox 3.5b running then it recovers after 10 minutes. I saved the page from ecstuning.com and can reproduce the hang locally on my machine. Attached is saved page.
