print button doesn't even work

Details
using 8/11 build of netscape
1) launch netscape
2) launch composer
3) enter some text and save it as a file
4) click on Print button on toolbar
it doesn't work.....there is another bug filed for the button being
dim...but that is another issue....the print functionality doesn't work.
all platforms.

Fix in hand resolves this bug and 41968 (waiting approval). Changing assignment
to me.

Code which resolves this bug has been checked in. Print button still doesn't
work in classic, but Ben knows about the issue and knows why it isn't working.
A bug has been filed against him (49421) pertaining to this issue.
