User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.8) Gecko/2009032609 Firefox/3.0.8 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: 2.0.0.21 I now seem to have two sent folders, and one of the sent folders has a sent subfolder. I did not duplicate this folder(s). Also any attempt to delete the folder does nothing. Only one of the sent folders actually receives sent messages. Thanks, great product... even with the extra sent folders kc Reproducible: Always
(In reply to comment #0) > I now seem to have two sent folders, and one of the sent folders has a sent subfolder. (Q1) Local mail folders(POP3, "Local Folders")? Or IMAP folder? (Q2) Which do you mean by your words of "sent folder"? Both? (1) Folder named "Sent"(or localized name) (2) Folder whose icon is "special icon for sent folder". None of icon for usual folder, for Inbox, for Drafts, for Junk, for Trash, for Templates. (Q3) What folder do you set as "folder to save copy of sent mail"? Check prefs.js entries for it via Config Editor. > mail.identity.idX.fcc_folder > (corresponds to "Copies&Folders" setting for Sent) (Q4) Did you execute Drag of "Sent" folder of an account, and Drop at "Sent" folder of other account?
Thanks. That got me pointed in the right direction - and the problem was me. It's a great product... thanks again. kc
What was problem of "the problem was me"? Action in (Q4)? If xxx/Sent is created, xxx/Sent folder can be chosen at folder selection UI. And, when xxx/Sent is chosen, string displayed at UI(Copies&Folders) is "Sent" only(lowest level folder name only). It's already known issue.
