Personas on Thunderbird under Windows and Linux doesn't show arrows next to submenus in the Personas menu.  The arrows do show up on Mac.  They should show up on all operating systems.
Taking, as I have a fix for this in hand with help from Yaoquan, who figured out that it happens when a persona is selected but not when Firefox is showing the default theme.
