Details

During first run, there is an infobar displayed to the user offering to show more information about the end user rights. Once the user dismisses this infobar, it is pretty hard to find that same text. The simplest way that I found was to search google and you will find documentation on this feature (http://kev.deadsquid.com/). I think it make sense to have some text in the "About Firefox" dialog, or even a menu item under help, that takes to back to the about:rights page.
I also saw the Flagfox extension do this on first run since it trying to figure out which flag to set.
help | about has changed to include "rights", so WFM per comment 0?
