I find the tab close button hard to hit with personas enabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Personas add-on, select a persona.
2. Open a new tab
3. Try to hit the tab close button by clicking a little away from the cross
Actual Results:  
With personas enabled, the click has to be on the cross for the tab close button to work. Without personas, the click does not have to be aimed so carefully. In fact, a nice button shows up on hovering the area around cross.

Expected Results:  
With personas enabled behavior of the tab close button should not change from default.
