Right now we have code that uses both but reimplements a bunch of stuff locally.
http://hg.mozilla.org/labs/weave/rev/febd47b31dbc Create a specialIds hash and use it to for getting weaveId/id, determine top level, if a folder is a root, getting all ids, wiping, and tracker ignoring.
