I missed the train on the mibbit stuff and want to commit a duplicate of the default en-us stuff. I have no idea what else is a possibility anyway. What should I do for permission?

Hi Friedel. I can either add it for you in af's 1.9.1 repo (you'll have to hg pull -u afterwards), or you could create a patch (similar to what was added to region.properties in bug 435687), attach it here, request a review, and then land it yourself. It's as you prefer.

I want to commit the whole update for 3.5beta4. Should I put the whole diff here, or specifically take this update out of the diff and artificially put it back before / after the general update?
