Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; m18) Gecko/20000811
BuildID: 2000081108
Blu selection on destination addresses is not handled consistently
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open new msg and click between the button and the address book icon to get a
blu highlight around the address
2.type in any three addresses
3.click between the button and the address book icon of the three addresses one
at a time
Actual Results: the blu area is not only around the clicked item.
Expected Results: blu around the clicked item
Is behaving properly if at step one you do not click to highlight
Is it meaningful at all to have this type of highlight?
perhaps the correct behaviour is to not highlight at all thos items

this works form me. If I type in 3 addresses and then move selection between
the three by clicking the blue outline highlights the proper field. 090110
mozilla win32 build.

Still real with (win98 2000090110)
The trigger seems to be selecting
(click between "to:" button and addresscard icon)
before typing the first address

with (win98 2000103120) the step 1 is not possible anymore.
There is no way to get the blu highlight around any address.
